"I hired Joan to sell my dad’s condo after he passed away. I live out of state and was very anxious about handling the sale from so far away. Joan made the whole transaction seamless. From the moment I met Joan, I felt confident in her abilities. She was professional, well prepared, communicative, caring, and not at all pushy. She wanted to make sure that she carried out my family’s wishes. She recommended some improvements to the condo, which she then oversaw. She obtained bids from multiple contractors who she and her firm had worked with many times in the past and I was able to use the Compass concierge service to pay for that work and then settle up at closing.
